Denroy Morgan was recognized and respected as a savvy businessman, a life-long teacher, and an entertainer. His achievements and accolades are amplified by the fact that he only had a fourth-grade education and an abundance of life experiences. He appreciated the importance of education and expected that all his children would earn at least a high school diploma. In continuing his tradition of taking things to the next level, this foundation will provide educational program support for post graduate study and beyond!

Denroy Morgan passed away on March 3, 2022, after a brief journey with cancer. He had Duodenal Cancer, a rare cancer of the small intestine. Throughout his life, he focused on eating right, exercising, and using healing herbs. However, he did not regularly see a doctor or get important health screenings. To honor his memory and help disadvantaged communities, this foundation will create and support initiatives that provide health & wellness education and services such as preventive health screenings programs to help improve health outcome of targeted communities.
